I tried to repair my kitchen sink myself ended up having to look for a professional. It was after 7pm so I found State 48, told them what was going on and Zack was available and showed up in 30 mins. He looked at the problem and explained to me what I was doing. I appreciated that he explained the issue to me and what I was doing wrong without talking down to me or making me feel like an idiot. He got under the sink and was in and out of there in 10 mins. I would definitely be calling him in the future for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you Zack. - Romey R.
